Come and experience a unique taste experience at Radius Distillery. We give you a thorough tour of the distillery in the old horse stable on the Oremandsgaard estate. Here we will tell about how to produce our spirits - which are distilled with scientific precision in the two German copper boilers. Our gin is minimalist in its ingredient list, but all the more complex in flavour that you will discover when tasting our different flavors.
You will also visit our dish ceiling, where we store our Apple Brandy and Whiskey on rum, bourbon and sherry casks, and experience how time has affected the taste. All this in the beautiful surroundings of the historic Oremandsgaard estate. Come experience Radius Distillery.

Økologisk tradition møder videnskabelig præcision
Hos Radius laver vi gin, som i moderne sammenhæng med rette kan betragtes som minimalistisk, i hvert fald når det gælder ingredienslisten. Du finder ikke 30-40 obskure botanicals, men en god håndfuld nøje udvalgte ingredienser, der ofte tager udgangspunkt i æblet. Især Oremandsgaards eget æble, Hage-æblet.
Udover at bruge æbler fra godsets gamle æblelund, har vi i 2019 plantet flere end 3.000 økologiske æbletræer med 17 gamle sorter fra Sydsjælland. Æblerne bruges ikke kun til gin, men også æblebrandy, som lagres på rom-, bourbon- og sherryfade.
På fadloftet ligger også Oremandsgaards spæde whisky og modner. Godset har siden 1800-tallet dyrket byg til malt - Whisky var derfor en oplagt udvidelse. Selv vandet kommer fra egen kilde.
